I have been before the Police Court once and fined.

It was for being out without a pass. I was fined $15 for being out without a pass and light.

I was also fined $100 for personating a Police Officer.

That was the charge against me. I paid the whole amount of the fines.

I had money at the time and my friends had money. I borrowed from my friends. I have paid my friends.

When I gained money in trade I paid my friends. I gained the money in the gambling trade.

There are no other convictions against me. I have been a Hongkong street hawker.

I have been thrown out of the racecourse as a dangerous character.

Since I left the gambling house I have been employed selling clothing to Canton.

During the last 2 1/2 months I have been in Hongkong.
